Armenians based in Nanjing participated in the activity dedicated to the importance of reading
On the 23rd of July, Armenians based in Nanjing attended an event that highlighted the importance of reading. Participants included Anna Adamyan, a Ph.D. student from Nanjing University, and Ani Margaryan, a Ph.D. in Arts and Humanities from Nanjing Normal University, as well as a variety of Chinese writers, editors, publicists, and readers of all ages. The event, which took place at the Nanjing Library, focused on the positive outcomes of reading and the socio-cultural value of Chinese poetry and prose.
The Nanjing Library is the third-largest library in China and contains over 10 million items, including scientific, cultural, and art literature related to Jiangsu province and national historical records, as well as Chinese and foreign publications.
